Leigh Ann Green is the Broker and Owner of Pristine Realty Group LLC. She specializes in Master Planned Communities as well as Land and Lot sales. Leigh Ann is also the President and Owner of Development Site Services, Inc. She has 35 years of experience in land management and development. She started her career in the development industry in 1987 working for The City of Peachtree City, while there she did Plan Review, Development Inspections, and management of the City’s construction projects. In 1992 she went to work for Peachtree City Development Corporation (Pathway Communities) as their Land Development Manager, where she managed all aspects of the development process including land acquisitions, rezonings, civil designs, budgets, plats, roadway, and amenity construction. In 2002 she made the decision to start Development Site Services, Inc., where she has been fee developing for the past 22 years. In 2010 she decided to get her Real Estate license to assist her clients in acquiring land for their developments.

Throughout her career she has rezoned and developed over 20,000 residential lots, 65 Amenity Sites, 38 commercial sites, hundreds of acres in Industrial properties.

In her spare time Leigh Ann enjoys spending time with her family, including her 14 Grandchildren.
